How we approach every matter
Every estate matter begins the same way — with listening. Before we propose a course of action, we take time to understand the full picture: the assets involved, the family relationships, the existence or absence of a will, and any complications that may need careful handling.
We then set out, clearly and without jargon, what the process involves, how long it is likely to take, and what your options are. We do not push families towards a more extensive service than their matter requires. If a First Conversation gives you enough clarity to proceed without further assistance, that is a good outcome.
Where we do take on a matter more fully, we proceed methodically and with regular communication. Nothing happens without your knowledge. No correspondence is sent and no submission made without your review.
